This client had billing that was out of control, and a previous development effort that wasn't delivering what they needed. I built a custom project-tracking system — projects, milestones, and tasks with roles, a rollup dashboard, and a Gantt-style report — to give them one reliable source of truth for what work had actually been done. Result: billing finally based on real data, not estimates.

How does pricing work?
Every project is different, so there's no fixed price list. The initial consultation is free and no-commitment — that's where we figure out what you actually need, and I quote based on the real scope of the work.
How long does a typical project take?
Depends on the complexity — a small internal tool can take anywhere from a few days to about a week, a deeper ERP integration can take longer. We'll talk specifics at the consultation, once the need is clear.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. I primarily serve St-Jérôme and the Laurentians, but most of the work happens remotely, with in-person meetings when they help.
I'm not sure exactly what I need yet — is that a problem?
Not at all — that's exactly what the free consultation is for: figuring out the real need before talking technical solutions.
Do you work with my existing systems (ERP, Dynamics 365, accounting software)?
That's a big part of what I do: integrating new tools with what you already run, instead of ripping everything out and starting over.
Who hosts and manages the solution once it's done?
Either works: I can hand off the finished solution for your team to host and run themselves, or I can take care of everything — hosting, backups, maintenance — end to end. No in-house IT team? Not a problem. A full IT team already in place? Also not a problem — we work around what you've already got.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes, we figure that out based on what you need — some clients want ongoing support, others are happy to be self-sufficient once the solution is in place.
